A high number of PCN was received from Gatwick Airport this week. Most PCO drivers are failing to set up an autopay account or the transaction failed as a result of the new anti-fraud prevention rule introduced by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) that requires debit/credit card holders to verify certain payments.

A minimum of £5 is applied to use the designated drop-off zone in both North and South Terminals. Payments must be made by midnight the day after the drop off in order to avoid getting a Parking charge notice of  £100, reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days.

Charges are as follows:

If you have not yet set up an autopay account do the following in order to set up one;

1: Go to https://www.gatwickairport.com/to-and-from/picking-up-dropping-off/

2: Click on Setup an autopay account

3: Register and enter your card details.

If you have set up an account and still have a PCN please go to your account, remove the card details and re-enter it.
