The Metropolitan Police have issued a penalty charge notice for the alleged driver at the recorded speed of 24MPH for the following alleged offence – Exceed a 20 MPH speed limit in contravention of a local traffic order at A41 Finchley Road nr Netherhall Gardens Northbound NW3 Direction.

Upon failing to comply with the speed limit, the alleged driver may take an educational course, fine and receive penalty points on their license, depending on your recorded speed.
